How integrations work

Connect once
OAuth or API key. WaSMS reads events (orders, tickets, signups) and gets permission to send messages on your behalf.

Events feed the memory
Every event — new order, ticket update, cart abandoned — enriches the contact record and the AI's memory of that customer.

AI actions push back out
The AI sends order updates, follows up on cart abandons, replies to ticket questions, and syncs status changes back into the source system.
