Understanding plans and limits

What is included on Free, Starter, Growth, and Custom plans — and what happens when you hit a limit.

WaSMS has four plans. Pick what fits, upgrade or downgrade any time.

The plans

  • Free — 1 user, 100 contacts, 500 messages/month, 1 channel.
  • Starter — small team. More contacts, messages, AI auto-reply, multi-channel.
  • Growth — scaling teams. Higher limits, polls, integration help credits.
  • Custom ($49+/mo) — configure exactly what you need.

What happens at a limit?

  • Soft limits (contacts, polls): we warn you. You can still operate; new items blocked until you upgrade or delete.
  • Hard limits (messages, team seats): outbound messages queued; can not add new members. Upgrading instantly unblocks.

Custom plan

If standard plans do not fit, build a Custom one: choose per-block units. We show your price as you configure. Submit, we respond within 1 business day.

Switching plans

Go to Settings → Billing → click any plan card. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next cycle.
