Inviting team members

Add teammates so multiple people can reply to customer conversations and run campaigns together.

WaSMS lets you invite team members to share the inbox, run campaigns, and manage your workspace. Each gets their own login, identity in conversations, and audit trail.

How to invite

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email and pick a role (Admin or Agent).
  4. They receive an email with a one-click join link.

Roles

  • Owner — account creator. All permissions including billing. One per workspace.
  • Admin — manage team, channels, campaigns, billing. Cannot delete workspace.
  • Agent — reply to conversations and run campaigns. Cannot change billing or invite/remove.

Team-member login

Team members log in at wasms.net/team/login using their email + password. They can set a PIN, passkey, or use WhatsApp OTP — same as owners.

Plan limits

Each plan has a team-member cap. Free = 1 person, Starter = 3, Growth = 10, Custom = unlimited.

Removing a member

From Settings → Team, click the member → Remove. Their open conversations stay assigned to your workspace.
