How to upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Browse plan cards.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Confirm prorated charge.
- Pay via Stripe checkout (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay; crypto on Custom).
Custom plans
Build a Custom plan at pricing page. Configure per-block units. We respond within 1 business day.
Promo codes
Enter a promo code at checkout. Discounts apply for the duration shown.
What unlocks immediately?

- AI auto-reply & advanced features — within seconds.
- Higher message limits — quota resets to new plan ceiling.
Downgrade
Same flow with lower plan. Takes effect at end of cycle. You will be asked to remove excess contacts/members.
