Understanding your invoice
What each line on your WaSMS invoice means — subscription, prorations, taxes, addons.

WaSMS sends an invoice every billing period.
Where to find invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. Sequential numbers (#1, #2, #3...) with PDF download.
Line items
- Plan subscription — monthly/annual fee.
- Proration credit — if you upgraded mid-cycle.
- Proration charge — cost of new plan for remaining days.
- Addons — e.g. Integration help block.
- Discount — promo code applied.
- Tax — if your country requires.
- Wallet credit applied.
Payment methods
Each invoice shows how it was paid. Failed payments show as Past due in red.
Tax IDs
Add company name + tax ID in Settings → Billing → Company details.
Wallet
Balance grows via referrals, refunds, top-ups. Auto-applied to next invoice.
Refunds
Within 7 days of upgrading, request refund from any invoice page. Outside the window, case-by-case.
