How to cancel, what happens to your data, and how to come back later.

Cancel any time, no questions asked.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to bottom → Cancel subscription.
  3. Pick a reason and confirm.

Immediately

  • Moved to Free at end of current billing period (not now).
  • No more charges.
  • Resubscribe with one click before period ends — no data loss.

At end of period

  • Account stays open on Free.
  • Contacts beyond Free limit — kept but read-only.
  • Team members beyond 1 — deactivated.
  • Extra channels — unlinked until you upgrade.
  • AI auto-reply — disabled.

Permanent deletion

  1. Cancel subscription first.
  2. Go to Settings → SecurityDelete account.
  3. Confirm via email.
  4. 30-day grace period (undo by logging back in).
  5. After 30 days: permanent.

Coming back

If cancelled but not deleted, log in and upgrade again — everything where you left it.
