AI Brain: Smart Auto-Replies

The headline feature is the **AI Brain** — an intelligent auto-reply engine that understands customer intent and responds naturally. Powered by GPT-4o, it can handle:

• Product FAQs
• Order status inquiries
• Booking and appointment requests
• Escalation to human agents when needed

Getting Started

Head to **Settings → AI Brain** in your workspace to enable it. You can train it with your FAQ documents, product catalog, and custom instructions.
