Create a bulk WhatsApp or SMS campaign

A bulk campaign lets you reach hundreds or thousands of contacts in one shot — with merge fields, scheduling, and live delivery tracking.

1. Prepare your contact list

• Import contacts from CSV.
• Apply tags to target a subset.
• Build a segment with filters.

2. Create the campaign

1. Go to Campaigns → + New campaign.
2. Name it.
3. Channel: WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
4. Audience: All, tag, or segment.
5. Message: use merge fields like {{name}}.

3. Preview + test

Click Preview to see merge fields filled. Always click Send test to me first.

4. Schedule or send

• Send now — queues immediately.
• Schedule — pick date/time. Optionally per-contact timezone.

5. Watch it run

Live: Sent / Delivered / Read / Replied / Failed.

Best practices

• Do not send to people who never opted in.
• Test on 10 first.
• Avoid bit.ly — use full URLs.
• Include opt-out.

• Starter — 5,000/mo.
• Growth — 50,000/mo.
• Custom — any volume.
